3. Q: Are the machines with titanium burr?
A: To have a better marketing positioning, DF64 stardard burr is stainless steel. If you want to have long life of the burr, you can choose titanium burr to replace, both burrs are from Italy.

4. Q: Can I get a sample?
A: 1-5pcs sample are suggested to test, and you will pay for the samples cost.

5. Q: Why the machine leave more than 0.5g coffee powder for first testing and i can not get 100% powder?
A: There are some space beween the burrs and burrs holders. For first time using, the machine needs some gram bean powder to fill the space. You will get better grinding after several testing, and please don't forget to match the blowing hopper to push the rentention.
