1. Where is your factory?
Located in Guangzhou city ,China.
2. What's your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
3. What`s MOQ?
300pcs for bags.
If buy for stock: any piece you want, but without test requirement.
If you have test requirement, we need to discuss when there is any specific style and we will let you know MOQ.
4. What's your main market?
We self exported to Europe, South American and USA.
5. How much for sampling?
If you provide a courier account to send samples, we can provide samples free of charge and charge $35.00 for bags. The sample fee can be refunded after the order is higher than our minimum price.
6. How many days for sampling?
If everything is available in the market, it will be available in 10-20 days. If some parts are needed to make the mould, the package will take 20-30 days.
7. How many days for production?
After 15-30 days as the production time of the sample, you confirm the specifications and requirements.After confirming all, 30-50 days of production time.
8. Could I put my own logo on products?
Sure, customers` logo can be made by laser engraved embossed transfer Printing etc.
9. Should I pay extra for logo printing ?
yes, there will be extra charge depending on your logo style and printing way.
10. If I have my thoughts, do you have person to design according to my concept?
Yes our design team is willing to do for you.
11. How do you guarantee the leather bag quality?
We have our own QC to inspect all our goods before packing. And also, we do bi-quality checking through ITS SGS or Bureau Veritas according to clients` requirement
