Please be sure to read the following carefully before order:

1. All phones come pre-installed with the stock Android system. If you require Graphene OS, LineageOS, or CalyxOS pre-installed, please contact us via AliWang before placing your order.

2. All phones are activated to test all functions.

3. Currently, we only support direct orders from the following countries: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Portugal, France, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Canada, USA, and Australia. For orders from other countries, please contact your purchasing manager for confirmation.

4. For countries that support direct orders, we will ship via direct mail. The shipping process consists of two parts: from Hong Kong to the regional distribution center (no logistics information) and from the distribution center to the destination (with complete logistics information). The estimated shipping time is 20-35 business days after placing the order. Please refer to the official website of the corresponding logistics company for the specific time.

Q2:About accessories?
Generally, our phones come with box and accessories.
If you don't need the box and accessories, or have other special requirements, please contact us.

Q3:What is your sample policy?
We accept supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the corresponding fees, such as sample cost, shipping cost etc.

Q4:How is your delivery time?
Generally, for sample orders within 10 pcs, it will take 1-5 working days after receiving your payment to prepare the goods, such as complete the test and package etc.

Q5:What is your shipping method?
We provide express delivery for customers to choose from, like DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.

Q6:How is the after -sale service ?
Generally, we offer 6-month warranty. For long-term partners, we can provide 12-month warranty.
